a. Feasibility studies based on the available waste and your budgetary associated constraints.
b. Permitting and environmental issues.
c. Final approvals for the facility for handling all feedstock environmental issues and requirements.
d. Development of a funding program based on Green Energy Credit Sales, subsidized low interest loans, State and Federal grants, and Municipal bonds. Any remaining balance may be financed with capital from private financial markets.
WES offers a sophisticated turn key approach to all of their projects through the assistance of its partners.
WES will handle preliminary design, planning, permitting and environmental issues, purchasing, installation, start up, employee training, long range operation consulting, and annual maintenance programs.
