WES is the product of a working relationship that developed over a period of 2 years between the owners of American Boiler & Chimney and the Fort Pitt Group.
American Boiler & Chimney, a mechanical contracting firm that specializes in the stack, tank and boiler business, has grown to over 25 million dollars in sales volume from 1994 thru 2004, under the ownership and management of the Kaelin Family. The Fort Pitt Group has a mechanical contracting program that goes back 50 years. Their expertise is in piping, HVAC, electrical and concrete activities with sales of 50 million dollars per year. This relationship combines all the managerial skills necessary to provide all the construction activities for the turn key installation of the waste treatment facilities.
The Maguire Group performs, as a working partner, all of the required engineering activities associated with permits, all environmental issues, and the balance of plant design. All process design issues associated with the digesters and plant equipment will continually be under the over site of our Danish partner, NIRAS.
NIRAS , a Danish Corporation, leads the world in developing biogas plants with over 20 years of successful projects completed throughout Europe, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
WES has partnered with NIRAS, through licensing agreements, to bring AD technologies and proven solutions to North America.
By capitalizing on NIRAS' extensive planning and development, with NIRAS' worldwide reputation as a Biogas program leader, WES brings NIRAS' cost effective, profitable, and operator friendly AD solutions to the American market, providing full design/build services and consulting for biogas generation facilities.
